Normally, purchases made with credit cards, PayPal and PagSeguro are authorized within 24 hours and those made with tickets or bank deposits are approved within 72 hours. Only after confirmation of payment of your purchase will the shipping process be initiated.
Soon after ordering, you will receive a payment confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification email with the registration number in order to track your merchandise on the Post Office website.
Our deliveries are made by the Post Office (Sedex, PAC or Registered Printed).
The term will be determined in the issuance of the request, being MAIL:
Sedex: The delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, guaranteed after the posting.
Pac: This is the Post Office's standard parcel service. The deadline is 8 to 10 business days for delivery after the posting, but this is an estimated term, that is, not guaranteed by the Post Office. The maximum term of this service is 20 working days.
Registered form: Service for sending objects classified as printed, such as books, up to 2 kg. The term of this service is 5 to 30 business days, which is an estimated period, ie not guaranteed by the Post Office.
In case of any delay, please contact us within 20 days after the date of the posting to activate the Post Office. After 30 days from the date of the posting it is not possible to register the complaint.
Sedex: has home delivery, on business days, from Monday to Saturday, in all municipalities in Brazil.
There will be three (3) delivery attempts in consecutive business days, the first being on the same date of arrival at the distribution unit. If delivery is impossible due to a closed house or absence of a civilly capable person, the order will be available for delivery to the agency closest to the recipient's address for seven (7) consecutive days, after which it will be returned to the sender. Delivery at the post office counter is made only to the addressee himself, or the person authorized by him, in the appropriate field of the arrival notice left by the postman. If delivery is not possible for other reasons, the order will be returned immediately.
The delivery of the parcel in a rural or risky area is carried out exclusively at the post office closest to the address of the recipient.
Pac and Registered form: Domiciliar, on working days, from Monday to Friday, or internal delivery (PO Box, Remaining Requested and Posta Remaining Fall).
Two delivery attempts will be made, the first attempt being made on the same day of the arrival of the object in the distribution unit. The second attempt will be made on the next business day.
In case the package returns to Um Coffee Co., the freight must be paid by the customer, since the Post will charge the service again.
Areas with restricted home delivery
The Post Office does not provide home delivery in some cities, in rural areas, difficult to access or risky places. If the object is destined to an area with restrictions of home delivery, the Post will evaluate the action to be taken for the indicated CEP, being able to lengthen the delivery period of the object in another 7 days or send the object to one of the Post offices , so that the recipient can remove it. The Post Office will leave a notice of arrival at the address of the recipient, who should go to the post office indicated, bearing documents that allow their identification, to withdraw the object. The term of custody is 7 calendar days for SEDEX and PAC.
1. In some cases the Post Office does not send the arrival notice to the recipient's address, so it is very important to track your request periodically (the tracking code is sent by email).
2. It is very important to check the period of custody of the object in the post office, because after the mentioned period, the object will be returned to the Publishing House and a new freight will be charged for reshipment.
Exchange or return:
All requests for exchange or return must be made through the email or by telephone (11) 3229-3988. The service is from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The consumer will have up to 7 (seven) calendar days to give up the purchases made, through the website, whose term starts from the date of receipt of the product (s). At the time of the request, the full name, order number, reason for return / exchange / withdrawal and contact telephone number must be given. In cases of withdrawal, the consumer may exchange the product for another of the same value or receive a refund of the amount paid.
Only products that are in the original packaging will be accepted for return, with no indications of use, properly accompanied by the invoice. Returned products will undergo a technical analysis and, in case of misuse, the cost for return will be the responsibility of the buyer.
